What we provide

BitByteCore builds and runs customer-messaging software for business clients. Each client connects its own WhatsApp Business Account through our app. From Meta we receive the client’s incoming messages, delivery and read statuses, message-template data and business-account details, and we use them only to show conversations to the client’s own staff inside their system, send the replies and order updates they write, and keep their records.

We never use a client’s data for our own purposes or share it with anyone else.

Our first client is a packaging manufacturer in the UAE that uses our system to answer customer enquiries and send order updates on WhatsApp.

Who it is for

Businesses whose customers already message them on WhatsApp, and who need those conversations inside one system their staff can work in. It suits a company answering enquiries and sending order updates all day, rather than one sending marketing campaigns.

What a client gets

The account stays yours

The WhatsApp Business Account belongs to your business. So does the phone number on it. We connect to your account; we do not own it and we do not resell access to it. If you stop working with us, the account stays with you.

How a client starts

You accept Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Terms, then connect your WhatsApp Business Account to our app through Meta’s sign-up window. We set the system up with you and hand it to your staff.

The rules we work under

Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Terms apply between each client and Meta, and every client accepts them before we connect an account. Our own agreement with clients is the client terms. What we do with platform data is in Part 2 of the privacy policy, and the deletion page explains how anyone can have their data deleted.
