About

Built for depth, not the feed.

Raw. Real. Core. BitByteCore is a technology publication built for depth and longevity, and a set of free tools that answer the questions the publication is about. We cover AI, hardware and the devices people actually own, without the hype, the filler or the churn. We would rather own a few subjects completely than skim everything, and we publish only what carries genuine human substance.

What we cover

The devices you own

How long your phone, laptop or router still gets security updates, what changes when that stops, and whether a repair is worth paying for.

Hardware

The machines themselves: silicon, laptops, peripherals, tested in real use over real time, not summarized from a spec sheet.

Software

The tools and systems we actually run, and the case for the boring, durable software that's still here in five years.

AI

Where artificial intelligence genuinely changes the work, reported with specifics, receipts, and a point of view, not breathless hype.

How we work

Hands-on over hearsay, depth over volume. We test what we cover, cite what we claim, and corroborate what matters before stating it as fact. The discipline is to dominate a few topics rather than chase every headline.

Every piece is written and signed off by a named editor, who checks each material claim against a primary source before it publishes. Software helps with research and first drafts, the way a newsroom uses any tool, but the judgment, the verdict and the byline belong to a person. The full standards live in our Ethics Policy and Review Methodology.

The company behind it

BitByteCore is published by BIT BYTE CORE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan and run by its founder. The publication is one of two things it does.

The other is software. We build and run customer-messaging software for business clients, connected to the client's own WhatsApp Business Account, so their staff can answer customers and send order updates from one place. The company is a verified Meta Tech Provider, as of 9 September 2026. The company section has the service description, the client terms, the privacy terms that apply to a client's data, and our registered details.

One company, one codebase, one set of standards. The software and the publication are built by the same people, from the same repository, and the facts about the company are written down once and read by every page that shows them. If the registered address changes, it changes in one place and every page changes with it. That is not a convenience; it is the reason a reader comparing two of our pages will never find them disagreeing.

The team

A real name on every piece, and the person it belongs to.

Founder & Editor-in-Chief

The person behind BitByteCore: its coverage, its standards, and the call on what gets published. Every piece on the site carries this byline and the responsibility that comes with it.
