Client Terms of Service

These terms cover the customer-messaging software that BIT BYTE CORE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED provides to business clients. They are not the terms for reading bitbytecore.com.

September 2026

Who These Terms Are For

These terms are the agreement between BIT BYTE CORE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we", "us") and a business that uses our customer-messaging software ("you"). They apply from the day we connect your account.

If you are here as a reader of the publication rather than as a client, the terms you want are the website terms.

What We Provide

We build and run customer-messaging software. Your business connects its own WhatsApp Business Account to our app. Our software then shows your incoming WhatsApp conversations to your own staff, sends the replies and order updates your staff write, and keeps your records.

We are a technology provider to you. We do not message your customers on our own account, and we do not decide what you say to them.

Your Account Stays Yours

The WhatsApp Business Account belongs to your business. So do your phone number, your display name and your message templates. We connect to your account; we do not own it.

If you stop working with us, the account stays with you and you are free to connect it to different software.

Meta's Terms Come First

WhatsApp is Meta's platform and Meta sets the rules for it. Before we can connect your account, you have to accept the WhatsApp Business Platform Terms with Meta yourself. You also have to keep to Meta's policies for business messaging for as long as you use our software.

If anything in these terms disagrees with Meta's rules, Meta's rules win.

How We Handle Your Data

We handle the data that reaches us from the platform only for you, and only on your instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone else. What we receive and why is set out in Part 2 of our privacy policy.

Meta's data protection terms apply to this work, with us in the role of the third party that processes the data on your behalf.

There is no separate data processing agreement to sign. These terms are that agreement, and Meta's data protection terms apply on top of them.

What You Agree To Do

You agree to message only people who have agreed to hear from you, to make clear who you are, to stop messaging someone who asks you to stop, and to keep your content inside Meta's policies.

Meta holds us responsible for how our clients use the platform, including for their breaches. That is why these are conditions rather than requests: we may ask you to change how you are using the service, and we may switch a connection off if it puts your account or the platform at risk.

Support

Support for our software comes from us, not from Meta. Write to admin@bitbytecore.com and we will deal with it. Meta does not provide support for our software, so please do not go to them for it.

Fees

We may charge you for our software. We do not resell access to the WhatsApp Business Platform, and our fee is not a platform fee.

Meta charges its own fees for messages, on its own price list.

[to be confirmed: whether the client adds its own payment method with Meta or is billed for platform fees through BitByteCore]

Meta's Request For A Client List

Meta may ask us for an up-to-date list of the businesses using our software. We keep that list and provide it when Meta asks. It holds business details, not the content of your customers' messages.

Suspension And Ending The Agreement

Either of us can end this agreement with 30 days' written notice.

Meta can suspend a connection immediately if there is a violation, and we have to act on that at once. In that situation the notice period does not apply.

When this agreement ends, your connection to our software is switched off. Your WhatsApp Business Account stays with you. You can ask us to delete the data we hold for you, and the deletion page explains how.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes or as Meta's rules change. We will tell you before a material change takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

Governing Law

These terms follow the same law as the rest of bitbytecore.com: the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with disputes subject to the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

This applies to every client, wherever the client is based.

Our registered office is at House No. 116, GT Road, Chanda Qila, Gujranwala 52230, Pakistan.
